Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily onsite interior work including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing
- Coordinate with interior designers for drawings and execution clarity
- Manage labour teams and subcontractors efficiently
- Monitor material usage and prevent wastage
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular quality checks at site
- Maintain discipline, safety standards, and site cleanliness
- Update project status to management regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE in Civil or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in interior site supervision
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution methods & site processes
- Ability to read drawings and execute accordingly
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication in Tamil & basic English
